2001 Bunkers Convention - Blue Cards - update on State Certification requirements and issuance of Blue Cards

This circular provides members with an update on the position of States Parties with regard to the issue of Bunker Convention certificates to vessels registered in States Parties and vessels registered in non-States Parties, and the procedures put in place by the Clubs to collect information necessary for the preparation of the Blue Cards.
