Entry into force of the Bunkers Convention – State Certification

This circular provides members with a further update on the position of States Parties with regard to the issue of Bunker Convention certificates to vessels registered in non-States Parties, and informs members that the Cook Islands, Bahamas, Sierra Leone and the Isle of Man have also agreed to issue certificates to such vessels. The contact details of these States, along with those of the UK, Cyprus and Liberia who had agreed previously to issue certificates to such vessels, are provided in the circular.
