Directive 2009/20/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 April 2009 on the Insurance of Shipowners for Maritime Claims (“Insurance Directive”)

This circular provides a summary of the EU Insurance Directive and indicates the changes that Clubs will make to the certificates of entry in order to ensure conformity with the Directive now that EU Member States are focusing on implementation.
