The Migrant Workers and Overseas Filipinos Act of 1995 (MWA), as Amended by Republic Act No.10022

This circular informs members of the implications of the amendments to the MWA in the Philippines and the background to the amendments, with specific reference to the new compulsory insurance requirements and the reasons why Club cover does not meet the minimum requirements under the amended Act.
