Indonesia and the Philippines – Safe Carriage of Nickel Ore Cargoes

This Circular provides Members with information concerning the transportation of nickel ore by ships in particular following reports of cargoes of nickel ore loaded in both Indonesia and the Philippines liquefying and causing loss of stability to the carrying vessel.
