IUMI annual meetings and conference in Copenhagen

The Group was invited to participate during the Legal and Liability Committee session at the annual meeting in Copenhagen of the International Union of Marine Insurance. Jonathan Hare of Assuranceforeningen Skuld made a presentation to the meeting on legal and practical challenges in relation to pollution casualty response which was accompanied by a presentation by Dr Tosh Moller of ITOPF. Both presentations were very well received. Andrew Bardot who has been appointed to the Legal and Liability Committee participated in the committee meetings and on a joint committee panel on crewing and future shortage of seafarer experience.
