London Shipping Law Centre Lecture – IG Presentation

The Group was invited to participate in the Law Centre’s event on the Nairobi Wreck Removal Convention 2007. David Baker made a presentation to attendees on the views of the International Group on the negotiation of the Wreck Removal Convention and the adoption of the Convention in Nairobi in May 2007, and also participated in the following panel debate. Other presenters included Richard Shaw of the CMI, Kiran Khosla representing ICS and David Bolomini representing the UK Department for Transport.
