Third Maritime Safety Package - Civil Liability Directive - Group presentation to EU Member State transport attachés in Brussels 24 January 2008

To coincide with the current EU Council working group meetings on the CLD and as a joint iniative with the Slovenian presidency a meeting and presentation was arranged for member state transport attachés/representatives in Brussels on 24 January. 19 member states were represented and a brief Group presentation and outline of the Group position on the positive and negative aspects of the proposed directive was followed by a general debate and question and answer session.
