Submission to IMO DSC 16 - Solid Bulk Cargoes That Can Liquefy
This document submitted in conjunction with INTERCARGO, BIMCO, ICS, and IUMI provides further information concerning the difficulties faced by the industry to the MSC's request in particular in cases involving cargo liquefaction. This document is presented in order to facilitate the safe transportation of solid bulk cargoes by ships and strengthen the enforcement of the provisions of SOLAS and the IMSBC Code.
