This Circular provides Member with detailed information regarding the requirements on owner/operators to contract with an approved spill responder in Chinese Ports. The International Group is also considering the development of a standard form authorisation letter for overseas operators and is continuing to consider the development of supplemental and amending clauses for inclusion in the contract.
