International Union of Marine Insurance (IUMI) spring technical committee meetings - Hamburg 18-20 March 2018

Group Executive Officer Andrew Bardot attended the spring technical meetings of IUMI which were held in Hamburg on 18-20 March 2018. The Group is an IUMI affiliate member, and since 2007 has participated on the IUMI Legal and Liability committee. The Committee comprises of representatives from 10 national Marine insurance associations around the world, and is tasked with reviewing legal decisions and developments and statutory and regulatory measures impacting on Marine insurers in general. The committee also coordinates the Legal and Liability workshop at the IUMI conference which is held annually in September.
