Mental Wellbeing Seminar

The International Group's Personal Injury Committee hosted their first seminar on Mental Wellbeing in Maritime, which was a day filled with insights and invaluable discussions. The presentations gave an insight into the triggers for mental health issues; results of recent studies into seafarer mental wellness; case studies; and advice on what we can all do to improve mental wellbeing.
